"I've ordered from here before, fast shipping, like two days later. Very impressive. Unfortunately due to unclear product labelling, I ended up ordering a mask I cannot use that has the same name as the AirMini mask I was hoping for. Because I had opened the package, they couldn't do anything for me. Went back and forth for ages, nothing. . . Not even a reasonable discount code for my troubles. So, a waste of $100+ for me. I understand having strict returning policies with this sort of medical equipment but to be unsympathetic in my situation turned me off this company."
