This Policy describes HelloSleep.ca by Resolve’s (and its affiliates and subsidiaries, collectively “Resolve Sleep”, “we”, or “us”) processing and shipping of online purchases, subscriptions, returns, exchanges, warranties, and cancellations.   

Business Hours 

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm ET, excluding holidays. Orders ship from 2–24 Viceroy Rd, Concord, Ontario, L4K 2L9, Canada. This location is not open to the public.

Shipping Policy 

Enjoy free shipping across Canada on orders over $150. Orders under will incur a $15 shipping fee. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

Order Tracking 

You will receive tracking information so you can monitor your shipment directly through the courier’s website.

Delivery Time 

Orders are processed within 3 business days, though this may be longer during busy periods or holidays. Delivery typically takes up to 7 business days.

Order Cancellations  

Orders may be cancelled due to:  

  • Insufficient stock 
  • Inability to authorize a payment
  • Suspicion of fraud
  • Orders with shipping address outside of Canada 
  • Inability to communicate details
