"I am very pleased with the product except the cup over my nose still leaks air around the edge. I have long hair and I braid it at night to prevent tangles and the top of the braids are fairly thick and might be affecting how the harness fits. I also have a pinched nerve in my neck and have to sleep with my head in a certain position so I sleep on my left side with my chin 'tucked in' and the pillow pushing on the mask from the side may be causing the leaks. I am still working on a solution for a snug fit. I was extremely well pleased with the cost of the unit, having previously paid $60. 00 locally for the small hose that fits the nose buds that I can no longer wear because they make my nose so sore. The machine that I have is very old. I think I started using it about 2009 or 2010 and it was second-hand when I got it because I could not afford a new one. I have no health benefits to help me pay for these extras that seniors find themselves needing. The only reason I graded it with 4 stars is because of the leak and, like I said, I'm working on a solution for that. Thank you for caring enough to follow up on my purchase."
