"This pillow is perfect for a side sleeper using a CPAP machine. The side cutouts are perfect to allow the mask to not be moved by the pillow and the support of the pillow is extraordinary! I've always been skeptical of memory foam pillows as I think they are too firm, not thick enough, too low. This truly has the ability to adjust the firmness and the height and I've found the perfect fit for me. My therapy was 'fine' before finding this, but it's improved dramatically since I've incorporated it into my sleep routine. It's not a typical pillow, so doesn't match the rest of the pillows and the bed when it's made up, but who cares???? HIGHLY RECOMMEND"

"Like the fact that there is a cool mesh side and a plush side, and the height is adjustable by removing a layer. Curved support for shoulders and side cut-outs are great adjustments as no more sore neck and shoulders, and not as much adjusting mask (nasal and nasal pillow types) when sleeping on the side. Highly recommended."
