    "I waited many weeks for my medical device that is more important to me than tools. I ordered tools from the US at the same time I placed the order for my CPAP. My tools arrived in two weeks by UPS. I had a business for thirty years and after bad service for 5 years I replaced Canada Post with Purolator. I know the delay was out of your control but you might have switched supplier sooner. I would have been happy to pay extra to get a month's worth of good sleep."
