The new head gear for
"The new head gear for the pillow is a step backwards. Because the plastic clips that used to connect the elastic back panel to the air arms of the pillow have been replaced by just velcro straps it's a pain in the butt. Every week when I clean the equipment, I have to readjust the straps for no particular advantage (I don't soak the elastic with the rest of the equipment, otherwise it doesn't always dry by bedtime). Also, the pillows would benefit from having a different locking mechanism. Every time my pillows have broken it is when they are being removed from the air arms (the hard plastic piece inside comes loose and then won't stay in. I'm thinking something that twists into place would work better and then wouldn't put undue stress on the support."
