Worst CPAP mask I've ever used

"After using this for several months I can honestly say that this is the worst one that I have ever used… It’s great that it comes with 3 sizes of masks… BUT, what isn’t shown in any of the pics on their site is that there is a piece of the mask that goes under your nose… which, no matter which mask I use, it CUTS OFF AIRFLOW! I mean, who thought that was a good idea? I have been meaning to cut it off and see what happens. I guess this is what you get when you order a non-refundable item online… sigh…"

Terrible fit

"I wore it one night and it kept me up because there is a rubber piece that goes under your nostrils that kept blocking my airway. I used it once and put it back in the bag. I wanted to return it but there was no return policy."
