    "I just received my shipment of two tiny packages of little foam filters for which I was charged $13 for shipment. Two little plastic bags, each with two little foam filters my CPAP machine. These little bags would easily fit in a normal sized envelope and go in the mail box for the cost of a . 99 cent stamp. I am agast ! What are you thinking ? I think I am entitled to a refund forthe shipping. And. . . . . . . the $10 for eachlittle piece of foam is outrageous. Are you sure you have priced these correctly ?"
