Yes, FormFit can be covered as it's certified by Health Canada as a Class II Medical Device, but coverage depends on your specific insurance provider and plan. To ensure claim eligibility, please check with your insurance provider for details.

With proper care and cleaning, the mask should last from 6 to 9 months. Proper care includes regular washing with water only, keeping the mask out of direct sunlight, and storing at room temperature.

No, not if you choose the Subscribe & Save option. Your personal custom mold is securely saved and reused for future subscription orders.
If you purchase a one-time order, your mold is not saved, so you will need to submit a new face scan with each purchase.
If your face has substantially changed due to weight loss, weight gain, surgery or other reasons, you will need to rescan.

Will the FormFit custom mask work with beards or facial hair?
Will the FormFit custom mask work with beards or facial hair?
The face scan requires a clean-shaven face. Beards and all other facial hair (including moustaches) must be saved off completely before completing the video scan. This ensures the scan accurately captures your exact facial contours for a perfect, custom fit.
If you have facial hair, FormFit will still provide substantially less air leakage compared to standard CPAP masks, but will not achieve the same level of perfect custom seal possible with a clean shave.
