"This is my first experience using a chinstrap, so I have nothing to compare it to. It seems to be doing its job, but I still find myself breathing through my mouth sometimes. Also, I am still dealing with a dry mouth in the mornings. I think if there were an additional strap around the back of the head, it might stay in place better. Fitting it was a little tricky."
