    Unusable Frame

    "I am terribly disappointed with this purchase which I ordered to have an extra frame to go with my extra masks and head gear. However, the frame is not even usable because there are no metal clips at the ends. Those magnetic clips are supposed to adhere to the magnets on either side of the head gear! What I have looks almost perfect except I can't actually snap the straps to the plastic because it has nothing there! I really expected it to be intact or for CPAPmachines. ca to include the magnets so I could pop them in! What good is a plastic frame if I can't close it around my face?"

    Product arrived late

    "The mailing label was messed up and caused a 3 day delay in arriving. Somehow my unit number was listed as a PO Box and caused massive confusion with Canada Post. I do not blame them for this delay, but blame CPAPmachines. ca for labelling incorrectly. My previous mask had started to fall apart when I ordered and would have held until the new one arrived, but because of the shipping delay, I had to stop using my mask. I was not pleased. Thankfully Canada Post was able to correct the issue when I contacted them."
