It also furnishes the original straps around and over the head in case this new version does not work. In my case, I could not adapt to this new version (ears too sensitive) but I still could revert to the original version without losing money. "Nasal pillows do not seat well. The angle is wrong for me. When I tighten the ear straps they slip off my ear in the night. My ears are too soft to hold the straps in place. Disappointed as the pictures looked good."
